We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic and made everything easy. We arrived by train from Paris and reached the hotel in about eight minutes by tram. Once you are here, you can walk to almost everything, especially during the Christmas market season. Great cafés, restaurants, pastry shops and the main sights are all right downstairs, which makes it simple to explore and enjoy the city.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and multilingual. There is also a nice restaurant on the lobby floor, which adds to the convenience.

Our room had a comfortable amount of space and a cozy feel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which was perfect after full days of walking around the city. The room was clean and had its own distinct decor, which gave it some character.

This was also a great base for day trips. Getting to Colmar, Eguisheim and other nearby towns was straightforward and stress free.

One small thing about the particular room we stayed in is the layout. The space between the bed and the wall with the TV was quite narrow, so moving through that spot felt a bit tight.

We enjoyed our time here and would gladly return, or recommend it to people who want a super easy home base for exploring the city.

I am very loyal to Marriott typically I'am a Ritz-Carlton St. Regis. Luxury collection guest. When booking this hotel, I did not know what to expect, but all I can say is I have been taken away by the level of service. The friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping to all the wait staff
who serves breakfast every morning with a smile in their faces and greeting you in every way possible makes you feel right at home. It is the genuine passion that you can see throughout. Congratulations to the management team who manages this property you must and should be proud of your employees.

Location is everything.. but the exception is this amazing hotel. The service was amazing. The breakfast was tip top. The room was extremely clean, adequate, black out curtains. It didn’t matter that the tram went by in the night. The radiator kept the room pleasant. The spa area and the sauna was superb. The story line about the history of the place was super. I can’t wait to come back again

Best place to stay in Strasbourg. Flawless service, amazing concierge Mathieu, and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend to any traveler. We stayed 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. Room was very clean and big! Don't hesitate to book.

Didn’t have a lot of luck with this place. I had booked a room with a queen bed, but ended up with a double instead, not exactly what you expect after confirming your reservation.

The room itself was small to begin with, but the real challenge was the dormer window and low ceilings. With the sloped roofline cutting into the space, you had to be constantly aware of where you were walking. A couple of times I genuinely had to duck to avoid banging my head.

All in all, it felt cramped and a bit uncomfortable. Not the relaxing stay I had hoped for.
