A beautiful hotel for our overnight stop. Room was superb, with a very comfortable bed and a super swimming pool in beautifully kept grounds. There's no restaurant (though naturally breakfast is available) but it is only a short walk to the village which has a large choice of places to eat. A lot of thought has gone into the room design and it's what I would call stylish and elegant.

Very nice and small boutique hotel in an old monastery. The rooms and large and clean with nice bathrooms. The differing 'themes' of the rooms are a bit weird - we were in the Africa room with a large elephant statue and some wanna-be African paintings. This was not really a problem, but made us wonder why they would not just have gone for something fitting to the houses' heritage. The pool is nice. Nothing to say about the spa as we were not keen on an expensive massage. A bit of a downer is that the nice salon is getting closed at 8pm with the pool earlier. Hanging out there, or in the pool, is actually what we would look for after an adventurous day in the region. Overall, only four stars as the hotel is very nice but a bit too expensive for what it is (and where...). Also, the breakfast is totally not worth the €14; you can get a better coffee and croissant in town for a fraction of the price.

Fabulous hotel in a glourious location. Only 3 stars due I guess to there not having a resturant. The town has many places to eat so no problem. I've stayed here twice now.
