Outstanding setting and well taken care of! Very nice place to visit. Nonetheless, 2 points away from 5 stars. 1st: price/value rooms, are too small, show minor defects and are not clean enough (no private space for the parents, only one big room, basin faucet does not open well, chair cloth was broken and bath tub had broken marks. Very cold pool, wellness must be paid separately per hour) 2nd: breakfast, not worth the standard of the hotel, expensive without specialties being offered. Everything buffet served, whole egg powder instead of fresh eggs

Hotel is in a very nice location, beautiful and quite. It is possible to charge the electric car once no other guests with regular cars park in the e-parking spot (only 2 of 6 load stations working). Rooms are nicely decorated. Unfortunately it does not correspond the prices (partially broken/defect forniture, no smart TV, no possibility of closing doors to bathroom or children bedroom. Rooms do not get dark enough, get very bright in the early morning). Pool is very cold, when asking about heating it we were informed it is always 24C degrees. Which was clearly not the temperature once outside was 30C and my daughter had blue lips after getting out of the pool. Use of wellness area is paid by hour. Breakfast offer is very poor and expensive: no fresh food (mini crepes from plastic bags, whole egg Pulver instead of fresh eggs, baguette was similar to a shoe sole).

Very atmospheric stay. Perfect place to slow down and unwind. The dining experience is gorgeous, adding a lot to the attractiveness of the place (meals very of supreme quality and personnel was very nice and attentive)

Staff completely lacking in service orientation – as a guest, you constantly feel like you're either bothering them or simply being forgotten:

€20 charge per day for the dog, but not even a water bowl provided in the room. We repeatedly had to go look for staff just to, for example, get a drink outside. The lounge area by the pool wasn’t set up or ready. Rooms weren’t cleaned until after 3pm.

Especially disappointing was the reception experience: there was no warm welcome, no introduction to the hotel, and absolutely no offer to help with luggage. Every time we passed by, staff were either half asleep or sitting hunched over their smartphones behind the desk — creating zero sense of hospitality or attentiveness.

Breakfast is €25 per person/day — but food wasn’t replenished and there was zero table service. You have to ask for absolutely everything, as there is simply no service mentality at all. Really disappointing for that price!

And while this might be more common in France — charging hotel guests €20 PER HOUR to use the spa is simply outrageous. Especially given the overall lack of service and attention throughout the stay.

On the positive side: the beds were extremely comfortable, and the surrounding nature and the entire property are truly beautiful. And one of the younger waitresses was exceptionally kind and attentive, which really stood out in contrast to the rest of the experience.

All in all, unfortunately way too expensive for the level of service provided.
