Very welcoming place, I found almost everything perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

The only negative note concerns the SPA: we paid for the service in advance, but no one informed us that the steam room was not working. We received neither prior notice nor a refund.

Moreover, the SPA staff was almost non-existent and not attentive to guests. We had to wait for some time before being noticed and before receiving towels. The area was also quite cold and poorly heated.

In my opinion, in a property of this standard it is unacceptable to serve tea in reusable plastic cups, as it really detracts from the overall experience.

Apart from that, everything else was excellent: restaurant and breakfast were outstanding.

We should have trusted the many negative reviews we read. The hotel shouldn’t be a 4 stars hotel for what it offers. The room was very noisy, the room couldn’t be fully dark for the night, the curtain doesn’t cover the whole window, and as the room was in front of the parking, we had lights whole night. Other than being able to fully hear the other rooms and the outside. The room was also very small.

The spa was the worst experience ever. You have to walk outside the hotel, in the cold, to reach the spa. The pool was very cold that we couldn’t even stay inside. It’s not private, they allow many people to go at the same time considering the size of the place.

It’s also ridiculous that they charge for the parking. If the hotel is outside the city, has a large patio for parking, why charging the guests? That’s poor.

We do not recommend this hotel for the price you pay. It doesn’t worth it at all.

Location is serene and private, overlooking the lake, so beautiful!! Room was clean and quite spacious, especially the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful too, gave us a lot of local tips.

We stayed for the weekend and had a lovely stay. Spa is nice & service is good too! Our room was bit on a smaller side but had everything that’s required. We had good breakfast, the beards & croissants were amazing. Tried the hotel restaurant L’Atelier which was decent.
