Positives: Late check out at 12noon good. Wonderfully designed space, gorgeous setting, spa is also fun however not exclusive as day trippers permitted & is at additional cost (but business is business!). Massages were good, expensive in € compared to Bali or Thailand. Location is 10min walk from the incredible huge hypermarket E.Leclerc ORVAULT, if you need anything- walk up there. Yes, restaurant was expensive but that’s Europe.

Negatives: Reception staff got the invoice wrong (double charged) & were unable to refund the monies to my AMEX. Their english was lacking even using Google Translate- disappointing for the owners of the hotel.

No refrigerator/ mini bar, no security box in room. No drying rack. Could do with more hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Cleaning staff just entered room? No salad or green vegetables with the breakfast provided. Many flies buzzing around uncovered food at breakfast. Very french. They need to travel through SE Asia and learn how the best hotels operate, it’s the little things that make your hotel the best.

We loved the location being quiet yet close to the Tram Station to take you around the city. The bedrooms are spacious with excellent bedding and very quiet. The downside is the hotel expected our whole group of 40 to all eat exactly the same food. This booking was made 9+ months previous and we were advised this only 4 days prior to arrival. Too late for us to change our plans. This would stop us ever returning.

Friendly and helpful staff.
I needed a relaxing weekend and the hotel didn’t fail.
Close from the motorway.
Very close to the tram system and getting into the city. Also tram is free on a weekday.

Nice place for a good get away from the city; it’s quiet and good spa option experience for couples.

The staff is very helpful all the time, restaurant and bar with good facilities to have a good dinner or a few drinks. Stylish and clean.

If you don’t have a car; it’d take +20’ to city center. Not a hassle really. Bus station is a near to the hotel. Very straight forward.

A hidden gem in Nantes. 👌🏻

Please change the name as it is not a boutique hotel and not a resort. It used to be in its days. The employees mean well but it is very deceiving as the old fashioned resort need a big lift. It needs a serious clean up and if the carpets were redone for example it would give a better impression. Good restaurant quality but the stairs with a very ugly old carpet does not give a good impression.
