The hotel itself is in a great location for Disneyland Pairs and the free shuttle service is fantastic getting to and from the park.

The hotel is quite modern and has a great atmosphere, i found the staff are very helpful and willing to help with any requests.

For breakfast there is a large selection which caters for everyone. The evening À la carte restaurant isn't too badly priced and the food is very tasty and a good selection of food to choose from

The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is the rooms, they are in dire need of updating, loose fixings, worn carpets, torn wallpaper and flaming paint.

Our room mustn't have been cleaned that well as the sofa bed sheets had blood on and there was no duvet. However, reception sent someone up straight away to rectify this.

You would expect a higher standard from a Radisson Hotel, which is such a shame as the rest of the hotel is nice

We stayed there for one night for disney visit.
4 persons in a family room.
I do not understand the bad reviews about this hotel :
- room was very nice
- staff was really pleasant and helpfull
- breakfast was super : wide choice
The only little paintpoints are ;
- I ve asked in my booking and when I showed up to the des to have the couch prepared as bed and it was not done when we reached the room (it was done afterwards)
- the prices at the restaurant for dîner are too high ( 24 euros for a pizza...)

But overall, very nice hotel. I recommend

I honestly don’t even know where to start. This has to be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We stayed at the Radisson near Disneyland Paris and it was beyond shocking.

There were pubic hairs in the bed, a live wire hanging dangerously out of the wall, and the water was stone cold no matter how long we ran it. The floors were filthy, the carpets sticky, and the room smelled stale and unclean.

To make things worse, the spa area was completely unmanned, and both the sauna and steam room were out of order. No staff around to help, no signs of maintenance, just disappointment on every level.

For a hotel that calls itself “Radisson,” this was an absolute disgrace. I felt completely uncomfortable staying here and couldn’t believe how dirty and unsafe the place was. I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone — it ruined what was meant to be a nice trip.

Avoid at all costs

Great stay as Radisson premium member for Disneyland visit! Got premium rooms with connected doors. Great shuttle service for Disneyland Paris about every 30 minutes. Good breakfast options and friendly staff. Only downside was the cost for parking and electric charging, this was about 20 euro's per day, even if your staying at the hotel. Staying 3 days will add 60 euros to your stay.

Where do I start, having stayed at many different properties in the Disneyland area including Airbnb’s, On-site hotels and partner hotels this has to be by far the worst experience we have had.

Upon arrival the fire alarm was going off and nobody seemed to have any idea what to do about it, they continued checking people in without actually informing anyone of what was going on, after we eventually got checked in, the lifts were not working which led to us having to carry 2 children, a buggy, a suitcase and 4 bags up the stairs with no offer of any assistance nor any indication of when the lifts may be working again.

After entering our room it became very apparent that the room was not clean to any sort of reasonable standard, curtains stained, carpets stained, blood up the bathroom walls, wallpaper falling from the walls, dust on most if not all surfaces, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Upon informing reception the next morning and them requesting I email them all the pictures, then heading out to the park I was assured that I would receive a reply throughout the day, we arrived back at the hotel at around 5pm and no reply, room hadn’t even had any housekeeeping done, I once again headed to reception to find a solution, it took an hour and a half for them to start reviewing the images sent and decide to switch rooms for us, at which point we had a sleeping toddler and a tired 5 year old. So we moved rooms and then got our heads down for the night. Upon waking up in the morning, removed the covers from my son to find 2 dead bugs in the bed along with 1 living bug, which then led to me fully checking the room again which proved that the standard of the room was exactly the same, once again a trip to reception and the guy working told me ‘the rooms are not dirty only old’ and that ‘we are in the nature of course there is bugs’ I argued that dead bugs don’t crawl into beds to which I was told that I should’ve complained when we were moved there the evening before and he offered to get the room sprayed while we were out at the park, to which we declined due to not wanting chemicals sprayed all over our belongings, so we were upgraded to a ‘premium room’ which had all the exact same issues.

We seen the reviews for this hotel and we decided to give it he benefit of doubt and try it out, but please do not be blind sighted by the very misleading reviews, we had 3 different rooms in 3 different areas and were all the same.

There are many better hotels in the area with the same benefits (shuttle, swimming pool etc) around the same price point, if not cheaper but much better quality.
