1- room super clean.
2- staff overwhelmingly good.
3- location superb , in the middle of trouville.
4- points to enhance :
a- add a smart tv.
b- curtains are good but not enough to make the room totally dark in the morning.
c- there is a problem with the hot water, there is hot water but suddenly becomes cold ( i think there is air in the pipes).

Beautiful looking hotel, car park a bit small but we managed. First entry door automatically opens but the second is manual so people just stand and wait including us. Reception efficient and flexible. Room was spacious and well equipped. We just stayed one night to meet a friend on the way back to the UK. Serve yourself breakfast had plenty to offer but the price is a bit high. A good hotel which we will visit again if we are in the area.

As a solo traveller I usually get inferior rooms at hotels - not the case here. A most pleasant stay in this hotel made all the better by the customer facing staff who were friendly, helpful and professional, a special mention for the gentleman on reception who was especially helpful. If there is one negative it would have to be that parking is a challenge when the hotel is full.

We have stayed here twice now. Both occasions have resulted in a most pleasant experience. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are well furnished and stylish. Breakfast is very good with plenty to eat. There is a large car park and the location is quiet. Its only a short walk to the town centre. We will stay here again should we return to the area.
