Wonderful welcome from Barbara. Nice clean hotel. Pleasant courtyard.
Good location for a trip to Claude Monet's gardens.
Room had a nice view but could have benefited from Aircon

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over Europe 1 star to 5 star. This hotel promised so much but failed to deliver for the price they asked for a Standard room. The positives: room and property is clean, room was good sized, water pressure was good, walking distance to several restaurants. The negatives: WiFi was unacceptably poor and constantly disconnected our devices and refused to let us connect using their password(it doesn’t cost that much to provide your rooms with a strong signal-you should economize your hotel expenses elsewhere), shower lacked a proper door and flooded the bathroom floor, room lighting was poor over the bathroom sink where it should be strongest, no air conditioning but they provide you with a small fan(really-you are too cheap to provide air conditioning when the summer temperatures exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit in your DELUXE hotel??!?), room bed is a fold up bed that is too high from the floor and has a cabinet intruding on your sleeping space where you could crack your head open when you try to sit up in bed, no coffee provided in the room where they provide a kettle!???!, neighbors upstairs were a constant source of noise where you could hear them walking back and forth over and over again-wanted to go upstairs and tell them to go outside for their exercise. I guess you get the picture. Honestly, all they really provide is a place to sleep. Can’t say that I would look forward to staying here again.

On a main road but not noisy. Rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good. Very dog friendly, allowed to join for all meals. Outdoor courtyard for relaxation.

This hotel was similar to most chain hotels you find, however it was lacking in a number of important factors.

We visited during 30°c heat, and when given an attic room, there was no air conditioning in the room at all. We were told to use a dusty old fan that resided in a pillow case hidden away. That barely made the room better on the highest setting.

I'm sure the bar offers some positives but we didn't partake, and the parking seemed a reasonable rate.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to the city, and I'm disappointed to say that it was a terrible experience. I checked in on July 13th, and the issues began right away at the front desk.

When I arrived, the reception staff member, Mila, made no effort to assist me with my luggage. Even though the driver helped bring my bags into the lobby, Mila did not offer or arrange for any staff to help transport my luggage up to my room. As I was recovering from a previous shoulder injury, I was unable to carry the heavy bags myself. This lack of basic customer service was very surprising and disappointing.

Overall, this was an extremely poor experience for my first visit to this hotel. The complete disregard for guest needs and satisfaction is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning. There are many other options in the area that I'm sure would provide a much more pleasant stay.
